Our Lineup

Each Hyggut pouch is carefully crafted with good gut health in mind.

The majority of the ingredients have been chosen because they either contain PREbiotic fiber1 or because they promote good gut health2. We worked with wellness enthusiasts and Brooklyn chef, Erica Wides, to combine these 100% plant-based ingredients to ensure that each pouch is gut-friendly and tastes great too.

All flavors contain at least 8g of dietary fiber from fruits, veggies and the sap of the acacia tree, representing about 1/3 of your recommended daily fiber intake. Included in those 8g is 5g of PREbiotic fiber, so you can both nourish yourself and feed your good gut bacteria2, making Hyggut the perfect go-to gut health snack.
